| BKnown Promotions is the U.S. sales and marketing office of the BKnown Manufacturing Group, which includes design & graphics, procurement, operations, quality control and sales teams in our Shanghai headquarter office, several manufacturing facilities, and a trading company. Our vertical integration gives us exceptional control and flexibility over every order, large or small.

| For over 10 years, BKnown's affiliated factories have been producing promotional products and retail items for U.S. suppliers. In 2002, BKnown opened its Los Angeles office for the direct sales of promotional products to the US market. In 2005, we began the direct sales of promotional products to leading multi-national companies in the China market. We continue to grow and expand in select markets.
