| 1. Payment Terms |

| BKnown will charge your credit card in full upon acceptance of artwork. In the event of over-runs, under-runs, or you have requested in writing a change in quantity that has been accepted by BKnown, you give BKnown permission to charge or credit your credit card for the difference from the original order quantity.

| 2. Shipment Method |
|
| BKnown will ship your order according to shipping method selected. Most of the time, we will ship using Federal Express. In the event of service problems, we may use an alternate carrier at the same class of service or better at no additional charge to you. For very large or heavy shipments or shipments requiring special handling, we may quote alternate shipping methods such as LTL (truck) freight or air freight. BKnown is not responsible for damages, delays, or lost items during shipment. We will, however, assist in filing the appropriate claims and refund your shipping charges to the extent waived by the carrier. BKnown will not bear any responsibilities for delivery issues, delays or loss arising from incorrect shipping information provided by you.

| 3. Artwork Modifications |
|
| BKnown will provide minor artwork modifications (such as changing the color, size, or placement) free of charge. If more extensive modifications are required, we will provide you a written quote for approval before proceeding.

| 4. Under-Runs / Over-Runs |
|
| Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. BKnown reserves the right to a 2% over- and under-run. You will be invoiced for the actual quantity shipped and your credit card charged or credited for the difference from the original order quantity.

| 5. Order Changes and Cancellations
|
|
| We will do our best to accommodate order changes and cancellations. In some cases, there may be setup or tooling fees that will apply. Once production begins, we cannot make any changes to or cancel the order.

| 6. Returns
|
|
| Imprinted items are not returnable. First quality, blank items are returnable within 30 days of the shipment delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 909-594-6400 for a Return Authorization number. Our Representative will provide you with the return instructions. All returns require a Return Authorization number from us.

| 7. Quality Guarantee
|
|
| Once a shipment is received, you have 30 days to return any defective items for a refund or replacement. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 909-594-6400 for a Return Authorization number and the return instructions. All returns require a Return Authorization number from us.

| 8. Warranty
|
|
| For items produced by BKnown overseas, BKnown warranties against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the shipment date. For items sourced from domestic suppliers, BKnown will pass through to you the full warranty provided by the domestic supplier.

| 9. Copyrights and Trademarks |
|
| By submitting artwork to BKnown, you warrant that you are the legal owner or licensee of the artwork provided. You agree to indemnify and defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against BKnown that the artwork infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against BKnown pursuant to any such suit or proceeding.
